I'm Matthew Fox, Owner of Fox Fitness. I've been training people since 2019, with a passion for helping people personal training has been the perfect outlet to pursue that! I've had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clientele, from Rehab to sport performance training, I want to help you reach your goals in a sustainable and healthy manner. My workout programming and nutritional coaching is focused around not only helping you achieve your goal in a effective manner, but Educationally too, I want you to feel confident in your own ability to continue and maintain your health and fitness goals for your entire life! Tyler Bacsi – Coach
My fitness journey began as a collegiate track athlete, where I developed a deep appreciation for discipline, performance and the power of movement. That passion led me to study strength and conditioning, laying the foundation for a career built around helping others unlock their full potential. I love designing dynamic training programs that combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with strength based principles to deliver results that are both sustainable and empowering. Whether you're just starting out or looking to take your training to the next level, I'm here to guide, motivate and support you every step of the way!
Molly Rawalt - Coach
Molly has been helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable wellness from the inside out since 2019. Her journey began after an injury right out of high school, which sparked a passion for health, recovery, and resilience. That experience inspired her to not only heal her own body but empower others to do the same. With a background in wildland firefighting and a love for the outdoors, she's seen firsthand the real-life value of strength, mobility, and endurance. As a certified personal trainer and CrossFit coach, she brings a functional, individualized approach to every session—meeting clients where they are and helping them grow from there. Her true passion lies in supporting women through strength training, nutrition, and hormone health—breaking down myths and providing education that leads to real, lasting change. She believes movement should be empowering and enjoyable, not a punishment.


Emiley Stout-Yoga Instructor
Emiley brings her warm personality, creative sequences and craft from around the world. She has trained and taught in South America, Asia and now, California. Her specialty is in nervous system health, stress relief and somatics. She is a breathwork facilitator and is currently pursuing her certification as a Yoga Therapist. Come flow with Emiley to feel empowered, practice mind-body connection and move with your breath.
